EMIS - access your patient information online
If you have an EMIS account click here to be taken to the EMIS Access login page
You may find it more convenient to use our secure online booking system to make appointments with our doctors and nurses, inform us of a change of address, order repeat prescriptions, or contact us with minor queries. To use this facility you need to set up an online account with us.
The service is free and all you have to do to join is print off the application form by clicking the download button at the end of this page, complete it, then post or drop it into your usual surgery.
