New Patient Registration
"This is a fantastic surgery - really made me feel at ease. Thank you for your excellent service"
Wenlock Terrace Patient
All patients are registered with the practice and not with an individual doctor. However, you can request to see any of the Doctors at the Surgery should you have a preference when making an appointment.
Although we will try to accommodate requests for appointments with specific doctors we cannot always guarantee this will be possible.
If you would like to register with one of our surgeries and you live within our catchment area, then please call in to one of the surgeries and request a new patient registration form.
Student Registration
Students and their families need to register with a family doctor (also known as a General Practitioner or GP) as soon as possible.
You can see someone at your GP surgery about all health matters except dental problems (you must see a dentist for this). Your GP can also arrange for you to see specialists at the hospital if this is appropriate. You will not be able to see a specialist without seeing a GP first. If your GP gives you a prescription for medication you will have to pay for the medication. The current price of a NHS prescription is £7.40 per item.
If you are a student, or the child, spouse, partner or parent of a student at York University and would like to register with the Health Centre, please follow this link for further information.
