Lost Appointments

In December 2011...

138 Doctors appointments were lost

...because someone booked an appointment and either did not turn up or bother to cancel it.

This equates to 11 Doctors' surgeries

Or to put it another way...

OVER A WEEK of Doctor's time!!! 

Can you imagine what it would be like to not have access to a Doctor here for this length of time?

Please ALWAYS inform us if you cannot keep an appointment so that we can offer it to someone else who needs it.

If you would like to receive a text message reminder the day before your appointment please check with reception to make sure we have your correct mobile phone number and we can add you to the text messaging service we now offer.  You can even reply to this text message to cancel your appointment if you need to!
