How to Register with The Health Centre

To register with The Health Centre @ The University of York, you must be able to answer YES to the following:

1. I am a student at the University of York

AND

2. I live in University accommodation (or or off campus)

I live in private accommodation in one of the following postal code areas:

Y01 Y02 YO3 YO4 YO5 YO6 YO10 YO23 YO24 YO26 YO30 YO31

AND

3. I am studying for a minimum of TWO academic terms

If you can answer yes to the above statements and wish to become a patient at the practice, you need to download the registration form, complete and sign this then bring it into one of our surgeries to make an appointment.

If however, you are NOT a student and you live in the Heslington or University campus area, you may still be eligible to register with the Health Centre. Please call in and speak to one of our reception team for more information.
