How To Make An Appointment

Everyone must have an appointment to see a GP or a Nurse.  At The Health Centre all routine appointments are ten minutes long.  Some types of appointments are longer and if you want to discuss more than one problem, you will need more than one appointment.  Our team of receptionists will be happy to make double appointments where this is appropriate.

Our reception team may need to ask a few questions about your appointment to make sure you are seen by the most appropriate person.  Our team try to be as discreet as possible and are not asking these questions to be nosey, they really are trying to help.  If you say that you do not want to share this information with them, they will not be offended and will still do their best to book you with the right person.

We provide lots of ways to help you make an appointment.
