Our Staff
There is a team of receptionists at each site to help you. Please help them if they ask you for more information - it is to assist the doctor to assess your needs.
If you have difficulties with the service there is a Senior Receptionist at each site, you can talk or write to them or you can contact the Practice Manager, Mrs Brenda Mumby, at the Wenlock Terrace Surgery.
We have a team of nurses who are trained to deal with many minor illnesses and can also offer contraceptive advice, asthma checks, blood pressure checks, diabetic checks, travel advice, routine immunisation and general health advice. Two of our nurses are able to prescribe many medications themselves, all of our nurses follow practice protocols that allow them to organise some prescriptions through your doctor.

District Nurse Service
This service enables patients who are disabled or too ill to attend surgery to be cared for in their own homes. If you need to contact a district nurse then please ring the Wenlock Terrace surgery on 01904 646861.
