We welcome all feedback from our patients and we now have a feedback button on this website, which you can access to leave any comments or concerns, complaints or compliments on by filling in the form and submitting it to us.
If you would rather write to us then there are feedback forms available in all our waiting rooms and action will be taken where this is required. Responses to feedback will be published on our website and also via our notice boards.

The Practice Manager will undertake to acknowledge all complaints within 3 days of them being received by her and will indicate in that acknowledgement how long it will take to produce a full response to the issues raised in the complaint.
